Meditation for Peace and Well Being

Scientific studies have proven that the practice of meditation reduces stress and anxiety, as well as decreases the risk of disease. Many doctors recommend meditation to their patients, and those who practice meditation attest to its healing power in their lives.
Please join us for an engaging and informative workshop to learn to incorporate a simple yet powerful technique into your life.
This talk will be given by Ravinder Saggar, a Software Engineer by profession who has been consulting as well working full time with many established companies in India and USA including AT&T, Oracle, and IDT. He has been practicing meditation for over 35 years and strongly believes that meditation and technology both play an integral part in making our inner and outer lives better and better. (This is a change from the originally scheduled speaker.)
