A living legend of Pan-Latin music, D’Rivera received the Living Jazz Award at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC in March 2007. This virtuoso of the alto sax and clarinet has performed with a great number of distinguished world musicians and orchestras of our time, including Yo-Yo Ma and the London Royal Symphony. Special guest Claudio Roditi at the trumpet and flugal horn contributes to the explosive concoction of Latin rhythms with the sensuous Brazilian flavor of Bossa Nova and jazz.
